OUR SELECTION OF WHITE WINES IN NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES
Our 2018 vintages
Coteaux Bourguignons ‘Les Ruches d’Or’ » :
A lively, precise wine with a taut, fresh finish. The persistance of this vintage is pure and frank. Pairs excellently with shellfish.
Santenay Village Cuvée ‘L’aubépine’ » :
Citrus fruits mingle with a touch of brioche and mango on the nose. The prelude to a bold palate, creamy and fine, balanced by a nice mineral and fruity freshness.
Saint Romain Cuvée ‘Les Grains Blonds’ » :
Everything indicates elegance and finesse in this wine, with a clear, almost diaphanous gold colour. Its delicate nose hovers between tangerine, sweet wood and minerality. The mouth feel harmonizes citrus with the flavours of the soil, soft, silky and total freshness.
Chorey les Beaune ‘Clos Margot’ » :
Clear gold. The nose is marked by the toasted notes left by 18 months ageing in oak barrels. On the palate the wood fades and gives way to aromas of grapefruit that lends a nice tautness. An additional rest in the bottle will allow the woodiness to meld.
Savigny les Beaune Premier Cru ‘Les Peuillets’ » :
One of the most famous Premier Crus of Savigny. A long-lasting fruitiness with citrus and green apple notes.
Chassagne Montrachet Cuvée ‘Les Fleurs Blanches’ » :
Fine wine: Fineness and subtlety, all in aromatic delicacy. Perfect wine-making which suggests longevity.
